We can just accept Request Return/Refund once the item we shipped is incorrect or already damage.
Step before return:
- Inform us the reason you want to return by Whatsapp.
- Once we accept your return, you can make the shipment.
- After that, provide us your return parcel tracking no.
- After received, we will QC.
- If the return is confirm, you will get your refund within one weeks.
Important Notice: The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt/tag together. Before return, please make sure that the goods in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. VIRENE SDN BHD will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within one week after the confirmation. In addition, the refund amount will deduct the shipping fee that we already shipped and others processing fee.
